Best Brussel Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients Required:

  • apples to juice or apple juice

exact same weight in 


  • Maple Syrup 

reduce juice and syrup by half or 60-65 Brix or 60-65% sugar

  • pecans deep fried
  • Brussels Sprouts.  Cored and quartered

Peduce juice and syrup by half or 60-65 Brix or 60-65% sugar

Deep fry 280 F a minute or so

Drizzle sauce, add salt, toss with pecans
